No contract or credit card required. There are a few catches, though.
The free plan comes with a 30-days unlimited period, that will help you to get started and allows you to test drive Ultradox throughly. After the unlimited period you can stay on the free plan as long as you like.
The free plan comes with 1500 credits per month.
If you are on the free plan generated PDF documents will contain an Ultradox-logo and a link to the app in the upper-right corner.
Credit Packs
Add extra credits to your plan
Credit Packs can be added on top of any plan: If you are on the free plan credits from credit packs will be used first so they can be used to generate a number of ad-free PDF documents and emails.
If you are on any paid plan, credit packs will be used after the credits from your subscription are used up. They are a great way to avoid running out of credits in months with usage spikes. As credit packs never expire they can be used as a reserve to be used only if your regular credits are used up.
The number of credit packs you can buy is limited! You can only store the same amount of credits from credit packs as from the plan you are on.
Each credit pack contains 500 credits and costs $ 5.00
Single-user license

The license will renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel the subscription at any time if you do not want to auto-renew. You license will then expire at the end of the subscription period.
SMB license
Get the domain-wide license for your SMB
Our domain-wide licenses for small and medium-sized businesses are great if you want to use Ultradox in your organization using G Suite.
The SMB license allows you to load, create, archive and upload files to Team Drives as part of your automation.
All of your domain users will be able to use your shared enterprise apps, create new Ultradox files and run the flows under their own account.
The credits of your SMB license are shared across all domain users. This gives you a greater flexibility and you don't have to worry about per-user limits.
When buying a domain-wide license for SMB's it will cost you 1€ per month for each user (or 10€ per year, if you choose yearly payments) no matter whether they are using Ultradox or not. If you have hundreds of domain users you will be better off with an enterprise license.

Our enterprise licenses are domain-wide licenses for an unlimited number of users.
All domain users will be able to create new Ultradox files or to run the configured apps to be used in your company under their own account.
The credits of your enterprise license are shared across all domain users. This gives you a greater flexibility and you don't have to worry about per-user limits.

Plan Terms
Credits
Whenever a building block gets executed, some credits from your license will get consumed. While some building blocks are for free, others cost multiple credits.
The number of credits that will be consumed is displayed on the right-hand side of each building block.
You will see the number of remaining credits in your license bar. The license bar will be updated in realtime.
If your credits are getting low (less the 10% left) you will get a reminder by email so that you can take action before running out of credits.
Please note that the credits will be reset at the end of each month - no matter if you are choosing monthly or yearly payments. You will not be able to "save" credits for the next month.
Premium Blocks
Some building blocks that integrate into 3rd party applications are tagged with the premium tag.
These building blocks are not be available in certain plans.
Replay Flows
When running your flows in the background (e.g. when generating and sending PDF invoices whenever a payment occurs) some of the services may not be available.
With the
Replay Flows
feature you can re-run flows that have not been run successfully due to a service outage.
Custom Domains
With Ultradox you can publish websites on Google Cloud Storage and take advantage of Google's world leading content delivery network.
If you want to host your apps and published websites on your own domain (e.g. www.yourdomain.com), you need a license that support custom domain configuration and setup.
